We have been making hand dipped
chocolates, using the finest quality Belgian chocolate for
over 25 years. It all began in 1983 when Mark and Shawn decided to
take a chocolate making class at McCall’s
School of Cooking. It was their hope to diversify their farm
business and help make ends meet outside of the traditional farming
season.
They began making truffles as well as our signature Buttercrunch,
a buttery toffee confection enrobed with a layer of chocolate and
topped with freshly toasted pecans or almonds. Penharget Pantry has
grown to include a wide variety of hand crafted products including
shortbread, biscotti, marshmallows, fruitcake and more.
Every November and December you
can enjoy the tastes of our hand dipped chocolates and other
delicious confections available locally at Drysdales Tree Farm in
Egbert and Rustic Roots & Co.
in Beeton.
You'll find us selling our chocolates at the following local craft
